The Wim Hof Method is made for people like you and me; people trying to increase their quality of life to just feel better.

Who is Wim Hof?
After a family tragedy, Wim really began to dig deep into himself by exploring even colder temperatures, developing different breathing techniques, and journeying deep into his mind. The result is what we know today as the Wim Hof Method.
Wim however thought he was nothing special; he always said that anybody can do what he does if trained properly. He claimed that the textbooks were wrong, and that we can tap into the autonomic nervous system and control our well-being.
For 30 years, the scientific community ridiculed him, saying that it was impossible to influence the autonomic nervous system. It wasn't until 2015 when scientists at the Radboud University performed an endotoxin study on him to see if his claims were true.

As you can see, Wim was right. Testing himself and a group of trainees against a control group proved that the Wim Hof Method can indeed allow anybody to access their autonomic nervous system; Wim's claims were finally validated.
This has led to a plethora of other studies to further validate his claims that can be found across the internet.
What is the Wim Hof Method?
The Wim Hof Method is amazing due to its simplicity. It is not some convoluted or complicated mystical woo-woo practice, but rather a simple, 20 minute daily practice composed of the following 3 pillars.
People underestimate the power of the mind, but it is arguably the most important aspect of not only the WHM, but also our daily lives.
Through committing to a daily WHM practice, you'll begin to find yourself committing to better yourself in other aspects of your life.

2. Breathing Exercise
Everyone is always breathing, but have you ever stopped to think about how efficient your breathing is? Most people's baseline breaths are shallow and rapid, which only exacterbates physical and mental illness.
Through a specific breathing protocol developed by Wim, anyone is able to increase their oxygen levels while simultaneously decrease their C02 levels.
This is the key to more energy, reduced stress levels, and a boosted immune system.
3. Gradual Cold Exposure
This is the integral part of the method that really allows you to go deep into your mind and body. You will be amazed at how long you can stay in and how great you will feel once you get out.
