Refunds/Returns

There is a free cancellation period of 7 days before the workshop. You have 2 options:

  1. Receive a full refund at no charge, or

  2. Exchange your ticket for a future date.

Please email dan@icebathworkshops to initiate a return.

If you would like to cancel your ticket at or less than 7 days before the workshop date you purchased, your ticket can not be refunded. We have to calculate food, ice, and other costs into each workshop that is based on the amount of attendees. Thank you for understanding.

We do not provide refunds due to the Coronavirus. 

 

Cancelled Workshop Policy

If for any reason a workshop is cancelled, your ticket will be fully refunded within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.

We will announce cancellations via email, so be sure to stay subscribed to our newsletter to receive important updates like this.

If a workshop is rescheduled, you have the following options:

  1. Receive a full refund at no charge, or

  2. Exchange your ticket for a future date
